Raw Banana Pancake (Toddler/Adult)




Ingredients:

      • 2 tbsp Amudizhai Raw Nendran Banana Powder
      • 1 tbsp rice flour or wheat flour
      • 1 tsp jaggery or dates powder
      • Pinch of cardamom
      • Water to make batter 
      • Ghee for cooking

Method:


     1. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.
     2. Add water slowly to make a pancake-like batter.
     3. Heat a pan, grease with ghee, pour batter into mini pancakes.
     4. Cook on both sides until golden.
     5. Serve with honey or mashed fruit for toddlers.
