Baby Banana Porridge (6+ months)


Ingredients:

      • 1 tbsp Amudizhai Raw Nendran Banana Powder
      • 150 ml water

Method:


     1. In a pan, mix the banana powder with water to avoid lumps.
     2. Cook on low flame for 5–6 minutes, stirring continuously.
     3. Once thickened, remove from heat.
     4. Add a little ghee or fruit puree if desired.
     5. Serve warm (not hot).
Best Time: Mid-morning or lunch for babies starting solids
