Pistachio Kheer (Toddler-friendly)



Ingredients:

      • 2 tsp Amudizhai Pistachio Milk Premix
      • 2 tbsp rice or millet flakes
      • 250 ml milk
      • Optional: Dates powder/Panangarkandu for sweetness

Method:

      1.  Cook the rice/millet flakes in milk until soft.
      2.  Add the pistachio premix and stir well.
      3.  Sweeten if needed.
      4.  No need to add saffron or nuts — already included!
Best Time: For toddlers (1 yr+), lunch or early dinner
