Almond Banana Smoothie

 



Ingredients:
    • 1 ripe banana
    • 2 tablespoon Amudizhai Almond Milk Premix
    • 200 ml cold milk or almond milk

Method:

    1.  Blend banana, premix, and milk until smooth.
    2.  Serve chilled.
    3.  No need to add extra nuts or saffron — the mix has it all!
Best Time: Mid-morning or post-workout
