Muesli Energy Balls (No Sweetener)



Ingredients:

      • 1/2 cup Amudizhai Unsweetened Muesli
      • 2 tbsp peanut butter or almond butter
      • 1 tbsp finely chopped dates or figs (optional for light sweetness)
      • 1 tsp chia or flax seeds
      • A pinch of cinnamon (optional)

Method:

      1. Pulse all ingredients in a mixer for a few seconds.
      2. Roll into bite-sized balls using your palms.
      3. Refrigerate for 15–20 minutes to set.
Best Time: Mid-morning snack or post-lunch sweet fix
Note: You can skip dates for a totally sugar-free version — the nut butter holds it all together.
