Millet Muesli Chikki Bites



Ingredients:

     • 1/2 cup Amudizhai Multi Millet Muesli
     • 1/4 cup melted panangarkandu or country sugar•1 tsp ghee
     • Pinch of cardamom

Method:


     1. Dry roast the muesli for 2–3 mins.
     2. In a pan, heat jaggery and ghee until slightly thick.
     3. Mix in the roasted muesli and cardamom.
     4. Spread the mixture onto a greased plate and press flat.
     5. Let it cool, then cut into squares or roll into balls.
Best Time: Evening snack or travel bites
